  All Regional Events are Semi Casual

Yes! you can wear sneakers, shoes, hemmed shorts, full tee shirts, hats that are     clean and nothing of extreme nature.

  All Televised  Events are Semi Formal

No! Tank Tops, Beach Sandals, Tee Shirts of any kind. Collared Shirts Only. You must dress  presentable, no advertising of extreme nature. No Shorts of any kind. Remember a shirt that   can be worn on the street  may seem inappropriate to an audience.
